Upgrade and RC ID is not responsible for application and/or installation errors. Upgrade / RCID is not responsible for any damage that may occur, to the customers’ property, during or after application. Names and all other information, general or personal, will be processed exactly as per the customer on-line order form. Any re-order placed, due to mistakes by the customer, will be produced at the customers expense. For any other product and/or order issues, please contact Upgrade / RC ID direct for a return authorization number.


How does the order process work?

Once you have chosen your decals, you can view your basket and “Check Out”. Once in the check out menu, you will be directed to “Create an Account” or “Place Order without an Account”. Either way you will have to put in all your information. We recommend creating a user name and password for future orders.


What is your payment method?

At the moment we take payments via PayPal and online Credit Card transaction.


How long will it take to get my order?

Average orders take 7 to 14 working days (not including shipping time) Larger orders may take longer. International orders take 2 to 3 weeks. (not including shipping time)

What are your shipping methods?

Generally we ship orders via Fed Ex. Tacking information is available upon request. USPS is also used during certain circumstances which could or may include: Odd size boxes for specialty items such as set up boards or pit mats. Some international orders. International orders over 5 lbs. Shipments to FPO/APO or P.O. Boxes.

Does the shipping I pay you include any customs, duties, or tax fees?
No. Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in your shipping fee paid to us. You will need to pay any customs, duties, or tax fees to your local delivery person after your packages are processed by customs. Upgrade is unable to determine what your country may charge you for these fees. We suggest that customers contact their local customs department for further information on duties, taxes, or custom fees for their country.

Do I Have to Pay United States Taxes?
No. International orders are not taxable by the United States.

Can you list a lower amount on my invoice?
We cannot list any amount other than the actual amount paid by you on invoices or customs forms. Please do not ask us to list a lower amount, or list your order as a 'gift', as this would be illegal for us to do.

Application and Care info

How do I apply my decals?

The most important thing is to “take your time”. Start with a clean surface. Never apply your decals to a dirty or oily surface. Use simple soap and water, or degreaser, to clean the surface of what you are applying your decals to. Let the surface dry completely. Use a little heat if necessary, by using a hair dryer. We do not recommend using a heat gun. Too much heat can cause an undesirable result. Try to apply your decals slowly by starting from one side to the other.


What happens if I mess up?

Try to peel back your decal very, very slowly and reposition. Our decals are made to stick. Please use care when applying.


What can I clean my decals with?

Simple soap and water and/or window cleaner. To keep your decals nice and shinny we recommend a spray wax with a soft towel after normal cleaning.
